Made from foraged Barton Creek clay - this large vessel epitomizes “local.” I fired it to cone 1 (2,000 degrees) and the body seems well vitrified. The burnished surface has developed a beautiful patina due to mineral exposure - close to terra cotta. (8” x 18” x 14”)
